This is the corporate membership page for all organisations who wish to join our pledge to improve and reform end of life and bereavement support for employees and workforces. In the same way that health and safety laws and legislations have improved in recent years to ensure employees are better protected physically at work, matters of end of life and bereavement are in need of urgent reform as part of mental health and safety provisions.

 

This is especially critical for high-risk mortality exposure occupations such as fire and rescue, defence, medical, and some fields of engineering. By improving workplace culture with better support, guidance, awareness, and compassion, we can reduce trauma, incapacity, risk, and even suicide.
